So far the upright freezer provides a much easier experience locating items no matter where they are in the freezer. I was movie food from a smaller chest freezer and discovered I had more halibut than I knew I had. Now I can see where it is easily. Highly recommend this style of freezer.

We are very pleased with our new freezer. There™€™s many more door shelves than the other brands we looked at. Great lighting and access to our foods. The only complaint I have is it only has 1 drawer and it really could use another shelf with the unit without a second basket drawer. We had 2 drawers with our last model and it really helped store our smaller packages of meat. I have ordered an additional shelf to help us better organize our foods. Overall, we liked this model best of those we looked at and are very happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone considering a new upright freezer.

I needed to upgrade my game meat freezer and this is just what I needed. Overall, it has been good, next summer will tell the truth though. The one thing that I did not like is that there is space for one more shelf that I would find useful. I can purchase one for about $50 from the parts website. But, it would have been nice to have it at the time of purchase.

I just had the freezer for few days. After 2-3 days, I came home with the alarm on for high temperature. I just reset it to recommended. So far it hasn™€™t actrd up yet. Good space , easy to find the food inside. Im still trying to find out how to remove the shelves so I can readjust the height

A good solid freezer so far

The freezer has some pros and cons. Pros being it gets very cold, has front panel controls, and alarms if the temp rises too high. The cons are that it not very deep. I had issues moving items from my old 20cuft to this one as the dimensions are different. It sits back about 4 inches from my other freezers.

Was time to replace our old Frigidaire freezer after 10+ years due to lighting taking out the control board. Freezer was very easy to set up except for the forward anti-tilt adjusting legs that would not adjust. Except for the legs, the freezer met all our requirements at a very reasonable price and still gets 5-stars based on previous model reliability. I will get a replacement control board for the old Frigidaire freezer as it worked very well in a hot lower Alabama garage even though not a garage ready freezer.

I™€™m really happy with this freezer. It™€™s more spacious than it looks from the outside, and it runs very quietly. The only issue I ran into was a broken shelf clip on the top shelf, but I was able to tape it back in place and it works fine. Overall, solid freezer and a good purchase.

Love how easy it is to move, the bright light and plenty of shelving, especially like the door ones, nothing can fall out. Handle was easy to put on. Only hard thing were getting the stability feet screwed down. The bottom basket seems a little chincey, could be stronger material.

Design flawed, frost causes cooling failure regularly.

Absolute garbage design. Using a computer fan to distribute cold air is a terrible idea. 2-3 times per year the fan ices up and fails to cool the top two shelves. In 4 years have lost all content 4 times. Not worth the headache of tearing apart the central cooling fan assembly each time after throwing away hundreds of dollars of food. Trash design, trash support once out of warranty tough. Buyer beware.

Took way too long to get items frozen

This is my first stand up deep freezer after having several chest deep freezers. While I do like not bending over as much, I feel it does not get as cold as a chest freezer and initially took way too long to freeze items. Way longer than the start up instructions suggested. After this one, will be going back to my tried and true chest freezers.

Noisier than expected. Short on shelves.

It runs almost constantly which is apparently by design. It runs louder than expected but it is not horribly loud. I was disappointed with the number of shelves. My last freezer had a 4 inch drawer under one of the shelves which was ideal for smaller hard to stack items. This freezer has no drawers. It could really use an under shelf drawer or another shelf.

I am very pleased with my new Frigidaire freezer. The cold air delivery system is well designed to effectively provide cold air and not become blocked by the items stacked on the shelves. We did have a problem with the interior light not working when the door was opened. I called Costco and they connected me with Frigidaire tech support. A technician was scheduled to come to fix the problem. A magnet was missing from the door that activates the light. He replaced it plus glued it place. I was very pleased with the customer service exhibited by Costco and Frigidaire. The freezer is maintaining 0 degrees temperature perfectly while operating in my garage.

As stated in the title the upright freezer has been working great the last week. It's pretty quiet and has alot of space.My only qualm with it is the door scratches very easily. I place a level against it to check and it got scratched just when sliding the level off. Mind you mmi have the Carbon (gray) colored freezer. I cant speak on how durable the finish is on the white version. It was also delivered with 2 small dents on the side.
