I absolutely hate the locking feature & wish I can turn it off. I would like the pizza button, baked potatoe options. Or maybe emails giving hints such as.....did you know(then give a little note on how best to use the microwave with examples). There are buttons on this thing that I have no idea what its for & no time to sit down & read a manual. So for busy people like me, this would be a gift of little knowledge nuggets on how to use our new products.

We had to replace our last model of this microwave because it stopped working properly, even after my husband ordered the part that was supposed to fix it. This model has a door unlock function and wondering if others had the same issue we had and they added this feature to prevent it from having the previous issues.

Microwave was ordered even though we were told would not fit. The installation instructions were easy to follow. We were able ot install easly. The micro wave is way quieter than old one that stopped working after 13 years. The control panel is very easy to read. Trim kit helps with matching oven below.

I made Christmas Cookie Boxes all weekend and it baked beautifully. The only complaint I have is that the Timer function is difficult to engage. It™€™s almost like it is barely sensing the press on the icon and then it has to be so precise to get it to come on.

It™€™s super quite. Heats the food perfectly and even. The lock is very convenient too, I also love the 10 seconds button (besides the usual 30 seconds one, it has both). The auto-detect reheat features are superb and the defrost is super fast.

Had to replace my five year old built in microwave due to a power surge. There were only 4-5 available microwaves that would fit. This one was half the price of the other ones. The writing on the front panel is not as nice as my old one but I really like several features of this one.

Really we have only had our new microwave less than 1 montj, but so far so good. Previously, we had a professional model, but this gallery model has been awesome. The display light for time and details is a very bright white light. The door lock feature could come in handy, but we chose to deactivate as our microwave sits high in the house and that was incredibly easy to manage.

Good but you must push a button before you unlock the door which is not user friendly at all. We are unsure why this is a feature when it never has been before. Inevitably will end up breaking the microwave when forgetting to push the button.

This microwave has all the bells and whistles we need and then some! The inside is very large to cook all sizes of food, along with the turntable, it's the perfect microwave. I used the defrost option for two one pound packages of burger and noted that the meat thawed out perfectly without having any portion of it cooked. We are very happy with our new appliance addition!

Unit itself works great and is quiet but purchased this as a replacement of the old built-in we had previously. The old one was discontinued and this was the replacement from Frigidaire. It is slightly off on measurements so it scraps the frame very slightly when opening/closing door.
